Egg Foo Yung

To cook a Egg Foo Yung have several kinds of different methods.It depends on what taste you want.Here i introduce the basic method.You can add the ingredient according your own taste.


1.Choose three or four eggs and put them in a bowl, then pour down a little salt , monosodium and cooking wine, Use eggbeater to beat them.

2.Put the beaten egg into a larger bowls,Pour down warm water.Then it seems like this.



3.Pour down water into a pot, when the water begin to boiling,put down the food steamer into the water, and put the bowl in the second step on the food steamer.Don't put the bowl directly into the water, i remember the first time i cook Egg Foo Yung, i directly put the bowl into the water, after few minutes, the egg is charred.So you need a food steamer.
After half hour, use chopstick or something like that to poke cooked egg, if there is no egg white flow out,then the Egg Foo Yung is done.

4 Pour some green onion onto the cooked Egg Foo Yung.Pour some sesame oil on that.


Then successfully.


I want to said , the method i cooked is very simple, you could add different ingredient into it.Such like mushroom, hard shell clam, shrimp,meat, whatever you like , before you put them into it you should cook them.

Sweet Sago Cream with Various Kinds of Fruits

Methods: Parpare the sago and coconut(milk) and diced fruit you need.



After cleaning sago, pour sago ito boiling water until it becomes translucent(I suggested put little sago into boiling water,because sago will be swelled fast when it meets boiling water).




Put the translucent sago into another boiling water until it becomes completely transparent, take out the transparent sago and put it in the plate.



Pour the sago into the milk(suggestion:coconut juice instead of milk,sweet coconut juice will be more flavour.If you don't like coconut juice,milk also is good.Actually the key is the good taste,you can consider add some sugar). Put the sago milk into your fridge,add some diced fruit into it.Then successful!!




Suggestion:Use some cool fruit like pears,oranges,apple,kiwi,banana,what fruit you like with the sago milk's nutrition, will be the good beverage for relieving summer-heat.
Don't drink too much at a time,in case of vitiate the stomach.

Sliced Beef with Pineapple




Sliced Beef with Pineapple

Ingredients:
300 grams (0.66 lb) beef tenderloin
75 grams (0.165 lb) canned pineapple
1 egg white
2 grams (1/3 tsp) salt
30 grams (2 tbsp) water
10 grams (1 1/2 tbsp) dry cornstarch
10 grams (2 tsp) mixture of cornstarch and water
5 grams (1 tsp) cooking wine
100 grams (7 tbsp) cooking oil
5 grams (1 tsp) mashed garlic

Directions:

1. Cut the beef into slices 6 cm (2.4 inches) long, 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide and 0.3 cm (0.12 inch) thick. Add 1 g (1/6 tsp) of salt, dry cornstarch and egg white, and mix well.

2. Cut the pineapple into slices of a size similar in size to the beef.

3. Heat the oil to 110-135 degrees Celsius (230-275 degrees Fahrenheit) and stir-fry the beef slices until they are done. Take out and drain off the oil.

4. Keep 20 g (1 2/3 tbsp) of oil in the wok and stir-fry the mashed garlic until it produces a strong aroma. Put in the pineapple and quick stir-fry. Then add the water and bring to a boiling point. Add the salt, MSG, cooking wine and sliced beef. Turn over several times, and thicken the dish with the mixture of cornstarch and water. Take out and serve.

Features: The pineapple produces a strong inviting flavor and the sliced beef is smooth.
Taste: Salty and refreshing with a slightly sweet and sour taste.

GongBao Chicken

GongBao Chicken

Main Ingredient: Chicken Breast (250 g)
Secondary Ingredient: Groundnut kernels (fry)
Flavouring: Chili (10 g) soy sauce (15 g) vinegar (8 g) sugar(5 g) green onion (10 g) ginger (5 g) garlic( 5 g) salt (2 g) monosodium (1 g) cooking wine(15 g) starch(15 g) peanut oil (30 g)

GongBao Chicken cookery: Cut chicken Breast into small pieces.

Wash the green onion,ginger and garlic and cut them into small pieces.
Put the soy source,sugar,salt,monosodium,cooking wine into a bowl ,let it be sauce.
Put the small pieces chicken breast into the sauce what have been made.

Put your pan on the fire, pour the oil ,cook it until it is about sixty percent done. Pour the chili, after the chili is getting to redbrown, pour the chicken breast with the sauce together, pour a little cooking wine, then add the green onion,ginger,garlic into your pan.To saute until delicious smells were emanating from the pan. Then put into the groundnut kernel, pour the sauce , to saute a few minute , then you complete , put your GongBao Chicken into your plate.
